- Onsite new Computer Setup - Bought that new machine ? Well we will come out and install everything we possibly can. We will answer any questions you may have.
- Onsite operating System Upgrades - Wish to upgrade software on your machine ? We can help. We will do it for you and answer any questions you may have on your new software
- Application (powerpoint, spreadsheets) - Do you hate creating powerpoint presentations or spreadsheets ? We will do it for you. Tell us what you need and it will be created.
- Onsite remote office support - If you have remote offices in the midatlantic area we can do the work that cannot be done remotely. Saving your support personel time and travel expenses.
- Onsite assist in purchase - If you hate going to the computer store and having the sales person speaking over your head and make you seem stupid. We will go with you and make sure you get what you need without overbuying.
- Onsite support for connection problems with comcast or verizon or an internet provider. We take the confusion out of dealing with your internet provider.
